During her studies, she expanded her skills in clinical settings including Sunnybrook Hospital with high-risk pregnancy patients, Lyndhurst Spinal Cord Rehab Centre, and Princess Margaret Lodge with oncology patients.

Nicole specializes in Swedish massage techniques, including myofascial release, joint mobilizations, and trigger point therapy and is certified in cupping, gua sha. She has previously worked in physiotherapy clinics, where she combines her kinesiology background and massage therapy expertise to support injury assessment and rehabilitation.  Common concerns she treats include sciatic pain, low back strains, occupational impairments, and other musculoskeletal conditions.

Registered Massage Therapist

Jacquie began her health and wellness journey in 2009 as a personal trainer after obtaining her CPT certification at Fanshawe College. As her passion for healing grew, she completed additional training in mobility, stretch, and Thai massage, which ultimately led her to begin her RMT journey in 2019 and obtain her license in 2022.

Jacquie has a specialty in deep tissue massage and is certified in prenatal massage, cupping, aromatherapy, hot stone, reflexology, and Indian head massage. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her two little ones, enjoying the outdoors, and doing anything related to exercise and physical activity.

Registered Massage Therapist

Shannon graduated with Honours from Georgian College’s Massage Therapy program in December 2025 and is a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). She is committed to providing client-centered care and incorporates evidence-based practices into every treatment.

Throughout her clinical training, Shannon gained valuable experience working with a diverse range of clients through specialized clinics and community outreach programs. Her approach focuses on helping clients reduce pain, improve function, and support overall well-being.
